We are thrilled to officially acknowledge the arrival of Becs Dondertman to the PeopleMAD team. Becs joined PeopleMAD back in November and is based in Canterbury.
Becs grew up in the Manawatu and spent her time studying Resource and Environmental Planning at Massey University. Since meeting her husband and moving to Tasmania she has been involved in the dairy industry ever since. Her focus and passion for developing people and teams has evolved from being part of large scale farms for her entire career. She has a strong focus on leadership development and sees this as a key pillar in achieving business goals.
Becs can help you develop your on farm processes to make people management an enjoyable part of what you do. This starts with having sound policies and processes for the things that really matter on farm right through to development and coaching for the key people in your business.
