Our last blog looked at some basic Lean principles and the simple, low or no cost solutions we can implement on farm to improve how work gets done during calving.

You’ll often hear PeopleMAD talking about Lean (or DairyNZ’s FarmTune programme, which is lean for dairy farmers).

Following the public consultation which ran from December 2018 – March 2019, yesterday the government announced changes to the immigration rules for employers employing migrants.

We are thrilled to officially acknowledge the arrival of Becs Dondertman to the PeopleMAD team. Becs joined PeopleMAD back in November and is based in Canterbury.
